There is a particularly nasty question regarding a non-New Orleans pianist in Oliver’s band. I encourage you to look it up in the text on the listening guide for “Snake Rag”.

You may have noticed class was cancelled today (or if you’re lucky…don’t waste a trip…I won’t be able to make it today). Make sure you complete the Listening Quiz by 10am today to get credit (see below if you can’t remember where it is).
